Sugar was a graduate of St Mary's High School and worked at Menasha Corporation before becoming a licensed practical nurse. Sugar and Paul spent many years in Rhinelander making many friends and memories while returning to Neenah to spend the summers. They retired to Neenah in 2009 and became active members of St Patrick Parish.
Sugar is survived by her husband of 50 years, Paul Stephen Zuiker. Sugar is survived by siblings Ray (Marjorie Mack)Tews, Mary Shawn (Charles) Kiesow and predeceased by her sister Nadie (Delbert) Schultz, and brother in law Michael John Zuiker. Sugar is also survived by her sisters in law Kathryn (Russ) Gridley, Jennifer (Ben) Anderson, and brother in law Jon (Debbie) Zuiker. Sugar is further survived by many loving nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 until 11:00 am on Friday, July 18, 2025 at St Patrick Church, 324 Nicolet Blvd, Menasha, WI with Bishop Joseph Perry who married them officiating. The Mass of Resurrection will be at 11:00 am. Burial will be in St Margaret Mary Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the St Paul Elder Services staff for their wonderful care of Sugar. A memorial is being established for St Paul Elder Services.
Sugar had a gregarious spirit and was always very proud of and celebrated her Irish heritage.

And the rains fall softly upon your fields
And until we meet again
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

All our love to brother Paul as we remember sweet Sugar. Her smile and laughter will forever be in our memory. May God bless and hold you in the palm of His hand. Your love for each other was so transparent as you navigated rough waters until the end-love in all the precious days we spend together. "Walk this way".
