This news is life changing for me. I loved this guy as if he were my own brother. Harris and I were roommates in Schofield Barracks. We served in Hawaii and the Sinai Desert. We spent a lot of time together and I am really going to miss our long conversations and shared memories. Was glad we got to visit you before you left "Bompton" for good. :-) Sorry I never got the chance to meet up with you in Israel/Egypt like we discussed so many times. You were a true friend and I'm gonna miss you my brotha. Brothas 4 LIFE! Rest in Peace...

Bruh, in going to miss you. I was so looking forward to you coming back home to the states and moving to Florida like we talked about. You are and will be my brother for life. Love you Harris! See you on the other side

Harris was an extraordinary and dedicated servant of peace after having served with distinction in the US Army. Within the peacekeeping communities is Israel and Egypt his legacy and memory will endure. Wishing his wife, children and loved ones peace and tranquility during your time of grief.
