I´ll miss seeing your smile when you came in to pick up or just stop by my window at the pharmacy and say "Hi." Sorry I don´t get to say goodbye. We will miss you at your neighborhood pharmacy.

Harry was a great human being, a loving and caring husband and father. He never forgot to reach out to people or animals alike in need. Though it's very hard for us to see you go, thinking of the happy moments you'll be having with all those loved ones who have gone before you is washing away the sadness in our hearts. You have left a lasting impact on us and many others in your lifetime. However, when the time came to depart, you showed us how to go peacefully, in sleep. We will miss you and will love you forever! Our hearts are with all those who loved Harry like we have.

Uncle Harry, it's hard to believe you are gone when I can still hear that same sturdy, unchanging voice just mere months ago. You and Aunt Inge have been a big part of my growth, helping me ease into each major milestone of my life in the US without hesitation. Knowing you were always there was a huge support, and perhaps I took it for granted, never thinking you could be gone so suddenly. I'll really miss you and will take comfort in knowing that you are together with Aunt Inge once again.

uncle Harry, thank you for sharing your lovely and comfortable home in Oklahoma with the von Boode family. your hospitality was appreciated by
the whole family. I was always, kind of in awe of who you were and what you represented to the whole family.
my condolences to Tony and Ralphie, I hope you both draw comfort in the fact that Harry is again together with Inge. I'm sure that they have a lot to catch up on.
rest in peace.

Best friend I ever had for 53 years. We served in the Army together. He was so smart, witty and usually had a good joke to tell. I will miss you Harry.
