Harry Mark Hubbell, 99, of Salem, Arkansas, passed away on September 30, 2025, in Salem, Arkansas. He was born on September 2, 1926, in Brokaw, Wisconsin, to Mark E. and Henrietta R. (Drewes) Hubbell.

Harry proudly served his country as a U.S. Army Paratrooper during World War II. After his military service, he worked as a truck driver for more than 30 years. He married Barbara Jane Ross on November 19, 1982, in Salem, Arkansas, and together they built a loving family and life.

A dedicated member of the Salem VFW Post #9777, Harry deeply valued camaraderie and service. He had many passions throughout his life, including fishing trips to Canada, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, rebuilding old tractors—especially John Deere models—traveling, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. Above all, he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hubbell of Salem, Arkansas; two sons, Larry Hubbell (Laura) of Oglesby, Illinois, and Allan Hubbell (Maria) of Valparaiso, Indiana; two stepsons, David Cochran (Sheila) of Salem, Arkansas, and James Cochran of Salem, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Larry Binion (Kim), Markus Hubbell (Abby), David Hubbell, Sarah Einsley (Adam), and Henry Hubbell; eight step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; eighteen step-great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; as well as several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Henrietta Hubbell, and his brother, Ralph Hubbell.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to the North Central Arkansas Food Bank in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Harry will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his adventurous spirit, and the deep love he held for his family.
