Harry J. Huber

Harry J. Huber, 94, of Edison, NJ, passed peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the JFK / Hackensack Meridian Medical Center in Edison, NJ. Born in Newark, NJ, he had resided in Edison Township since 1964. He proudly served his country with the US Navy achieving multiple decorations and commendations during the Korean War on the USS Taussig. After the service, he graduated from Newark College of Engineering (NJIT) and worked at Weston Instruments in Newark for over 15 years. He later became a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Banker for Wells Fargo, Vision Mortgage, and Weichert Realtors in Edison, for a combined 27 years. He had been a long-time communicant of St Helena's RC Church in Edison.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Irene M. Huber, after 61 years of marriage.

Harry leaves behind his beloved daughter, Valerie J. Huber, of Metuchen; his son, David C. Huber and his wife, Donna, of Kendall Park; his three beloved grandchildren: Nicole and husband, Akash; Michael; and Christopher and his wife, Sydney.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, at the Flynn and Son / Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 10:00 am at St. Helena's RC Church, 950 Grove Avenue, Edison, NJ. Entombment will follow in the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
