Harry Frank Jedlicka

JEDLICKA, Harry Frank, age 85 of Maryville, passed away Monday, June 9, 2008, at Blount Memorial Transitional Care. He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U. S. Army Air Corp as a Flight Officer. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Townsend, worked at ALCOA for 29 years and was a member of the ALCOA 25 Year Service Club. He was preceded in death by his son, Harry Donald Jedlicka, Sr.; parents, Frank Charles and Mary Ann Pazorski Jedlicka; sisters, Lulu Jedlicka, Helen Haffner, Bea Badura, Jean Cannon, Darleen Woehler; brothers, Fred, Bob and Willard Jedlicka. Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Lela Anderson Jedlicka; sons, Terry Jedlicka of Harriman, TN, Chuck Jedlicka and wife Wanda of Maryville; Buddy Jedlicka and wife Barbara of Harvest, AL; daughters, Teresa Jedlicka Taylor and husband Terry of Louisville, TN, Lisa Jedlicka Knight and husband Patrick of Maryville; daughter-in-law, Cathy Jedlicka of Knoxville; grandchildren, Tammy Hernandez, Don Jedlicka, Jr., Kim Jedlicka, Wendy Jedlicka, Amanda Jedlicka, J. W. Jedlicka, Shannon Jedlicka, Jayme Taylor and wife Missy, Tara Taylor Roddy and husband Rusty, Jeremy Jedlicka, Jami Marie Jedlicka, Jennifer Jedlicka, Tom Jedlicka, Cristie Jedlicka Jenkins and husband Aaron, Brandon Jedlicka, Nicholas Knight, J. J. Knight,Codee Nicole Knight, Pat Knight, Jr., Keith Knight, Jamie Renee Daugherty, Timmy Mulkey; 16 great grandchildren; brother, Bud Jedlicka of MI, and special sister-in-law, Rosemary Jedlicka of MN. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at St. Francis Catholic Church in Townsend, with Father Sam Sturm and Deacon Mike Nestor officiating. The interment service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday in Carpenters Campground Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. Thursday at the Church and immediately following the service.
