Dr. Harry Michée Toussaint, 62 of Waltham, passed away in the comfort of his home after a brief illness.
Born to the late Gérard and Raymond Toussaint (Joseph) in Port-Au-Prince Haiti on January 14th, 1963.
A man of great compassion, Harry found joy in writing messages inspired by the word of God, in which he shared with others to encourage and guide them on their spiritual paths. A man of many facets, Harry found inner peace and boundless joy in singing hymns that expressed praises of faith and gratitude to the glory of God. Kind and incredibly supportive, he often gave from his substance not of his abundance and would help anyone in need. Harry's commitment and love for his family and friends was evident in the way he lived his life and cared for others.
We will miss his jovial spirit and the way he loved us all, but we take peace in knowing that his work on earth is done.
The late Dr. Harry Toussaint leaves behind a legacy of love and family, comprised of his devoted and loving wife of 30 years, Wistha Toussaint, his four children: Junie Toussaint, the eldest, Woobens Kennedy Harryson Toussaint, the middle son, Sherly Toussaint, the youngest daughter, and Martino Toussaint, the baby, 12 cherished grandchildren. As well as his siblings, 4 sisters who reside in The Dominican Republic, Canada and New York; 4 brothers, 3 of Canada and 1of France, who will all cherish his memory and wisdom.
Friends and family are respectfully invited to gather and remember the love and friendship Harry shared with us all during visiting hours on Saturday, November 8th from 8am – 9am at The Waltham Church of God located, 633 Moody Street Waltham, MA. Parking attendants will be on duty.
A Funeral Service in celebration of Harry's life will be held from 9am - 11am at The Waltham Church of God with burial at Mt. Feake Cemetery located, 203 Prospect Street Waltham, MA.
As an expression of sympathy flowers are welcome.
