Harry Anthony "Tony" Verdugo, born February 2, 1958, in Stockton, California, passed away on September 7, 2025. Known to all as Tony, he was a vibrant soul with a deep love for Hawaii and the rich cultures he explored through his worldwide travels. Tony's passion for personal growth shone in his dedication to weight training and Serrada Escrima, a martial art he helped share with many. A keen philosopher, he sparked thought-provoking conversations about life and culture over coffee, often paired with his favorite pie. Tony cherished music, movies, and collecting knives, but above all, he treasured making memories with friends and family. A world traveler with many hats, he gathered stories from diverse jobs that enriched lives. Survived by his brother, Jesse Verdugo, his family, and countless friends, Tony's legacy endures. A memorial service will be announced later. Tony's warmth and curiosity will be forever cherished.

I met Tony when he was 18 years young. Tony was a trusted kindhearted person who was loved and respected as a brother and friend. My son grew up knowing him as Uncle Tony. The world lost a good man and friend. RIP.
