Harry Earl Walpole

A Memorial Service for Harry Earl Walpole, 83, will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. following the funeral.
Harry was born on June 26, 1939 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Harry Walpole II and Annie Laura Chamblee Walpole and passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Harry was a resident of Shreveport. He served in two branches of the military, the Navy and the Air Force for 13 years mostly stationed in the Philippines. He was a man of intelligence and a voracious reader. He was a simple man that loved his family and spending time with them.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Patricia Thompson; and son, Mark Walpole. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Kristopher Walpole and Brian Rojas; daughter, Kari Ann Bellamy and husband, Shakir; grandchildren, Megan Hernandez, Carla Flores, and Xavier, Xander, Xane Bellamy; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Isaac, Aubreona, and Natalie; nieces, Julie and Tina; and nephew, Corey; and brother, George Leonard Walpole and wife, Bobbie.
The family would like to express special thanks to Dr. Richard Haynie and the staff of Cornerstone Specialty Hospital for the excellent care and compassion given to our father during his illness.
