Affectionately known as "Grandpa"

He certainly left an impression on everyone he met. Most people in Jackson County will remember him with either a handshake or hug, followed by a smile.

Harry has been a devout Christian for most of his life and was extremely proud to have served in the U.S Army.

His love for Black Angus cattle, fishing, golfing, bluegrass music, clothes shopping, dress clothes, and of course…Diet Coke, he will be greatly missed.

He loved Farm Bureau and Kentucky Basketball. He was also known for his ability to give "nicknames" to almost everyone he knew. Thanks for being a great example of a man to all of us, Grandpa.

Special thanks to his caregivers Cathy Gabbard and Jonathan Brock.

Funeral Services for Harry will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Elam and Bro. Alex Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Gobblers Knob Cemetery. Pallbearers include Alex Wilson, Peyton Wilson, McGwire Wilson, Nick Wilson, Julian Billea, Noah Day and Adrian Garrett.
