Harve Albert Wheeler

Harve Albert Wheeler, (AKA Lowell Harve Wood) 64 passed away on November 2nd, 2025 after a long fight with Huntington's Disease.
Born August 22, 1961 to Judy Bradley (Brockett) and Lowell Wood at Copley Hospital in Morrisville VT; he was later adopted by his stepfather Bruce E. Wheeler also of VT. Harve was an only child.
Harve attended Portland Regional Vocational Technical Center when he was in high school where he learned his love of welding and was licensed to work on many types of welding. He graduated from Portland High School in 1979.
On June 7, 1986 he was married to Deborah I Letellier (Wheeler) and together they raised two children, son Zachary and Daughter Brandy. Zachary went on to marry Brittany Griffith (Beatrix Wheeler) and provided three grandchildren, Carson; Thatcher; and Freya. Brandy married Brandon Perretta and they also had three grandchildren, Zakoya; Honey; and Isabella just joined the family one week before his passing.
The family loved spending time with the children and grandchildren and Harve was present for the birth of Zakoya and Honey and was very thankful for his grandbabies.
Harve worked numerous places of course because of welding, then getting out of welding took to custodial work; He was awarded the Goddard Award from Copley Hospital during his employment there. Most remember Harve's sense of humor, but also his compassion and dedication. He was a very easygoing person who you could call day or night for any reason and he would be there for you and always had a smile on his face.
Harve loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking.
Harve's death was preceded by the death of adoptive father Bruce Wheeler; his Mother Judy Brockett (Bradley) and her husband Frank Brockett who looked after her while she battled with Huntingtons Disease.
