Harvey was born on March 27, 1941 and passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019. Harvey was a resident of Huron, South Dakota at the time of passing. He attended school at Roscoe. Harvey joined the United States Navy at the age of 17. After his honorably discharge, Harvey moved back to South Dakota. His funeral service will be at 1:30 PM, Saturday, March 16th at Living Hope Alliance Church. Burial will be in a cemetery at Wilmont, Minnesota, at a later date. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, Saturday, March 16th at the church.

Harvey and I had a long time relationship through the VA. He had a great sense of humor and almost alway greeted me with a smile. Harvey was a good friend and will be missed. Rest In Peace.
