My heart is saddened to see that Mr. Harvey is gone. He was my next door neighbor for several years on Westover Hills Blvd. I must say he was the best Neighbor i ever had....he was like family. Even after moving i would stop in and visit and he was a delight to just sit and talk with. He will be missed.
