She was born on July 8, 1958 in the Bronx, NY to the late Cleaven Conyers and Helen H. Nesbit.
Hattie was retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an administrative assistant.
She enjoyed crocheting, singing, cooking, shopping, traveling, planting rose bushes in her backyard and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving is her son, Kurt M.N. Dey and his fiancé, Tierra Obrock of Middletown, her 2 daughters; Cynseria Hayward and her husband, Tim of Harrisburg, Keziah Griffin of Hagerstown, MD, 2 brothers; Cleaven Conyers, Jr. and his wife, Bridgett of Brooklyn, NY, Samuel Kareem Conyers of Bronx, NY, 3 sisters; Nadine V. Waters of Hagerstown, MD, Yvonne Conyers of Bronx, NY, Cynthia Conyers-Lopez and her husband, Alvin of CT, 7 grandchildren; Prystyne N. Green Kniss, DiMitri T. Green Kniss, Jr., Deyjanaye L. Hayward, So'raea M. Hayward, Wynter C. Hayward, Zyonie King and Xolani King.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home, 3125 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Saturday at Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home.
