Hazel Natalie Tomala was born in Utah December 24 th , 1997. She was a loving daughter,
sister, friend, auntie and fur momma. From a young age, she had a big personality. She aspired to
be her own person, always showing independence, strength and loved uniqueness so much so
that she changed the spelling in her name to go by Hayzel. Hayzel loved working and has always
had the strongest work ethic. From her days in beauty school at Paul Mitchell, to her days
managing at Buffalo Wild Wings she strived to make the others around her smile and feel better
about themselves. She was a natural born leader, despite being the youngest. She always took
care of others. Hayzel will forever be loved and remembered by her family and friends.
