Hazel Virginia Richmond

Hazel Virginia Richmond, 88, of Wheeling, WV passed away on October 11, 2023 at Sienna Hills Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was born on July 24, 1935 to the late Conward "Pete" and Geneva (Workman) Blake. She was also preceded in death by two brothers Buddy Lee Blake, Paul Howard Blake, one grandson David Schultz, and one granddaughter Kacey Ingram. Hazel worked as a cashier at GC Murphy's for 32 years, she liked trashy Romance Novels, devoted mother, grandmother, foster parent, Caretaker of others. She is survived by her children Stanley "Mike" (Debbie) Richmond of Galloway, OH, Cindy (Skip) Ingram of Moundsville, Christie (Ben) Ward of Wheeling, Franki Richmond of Georgia, David Richmond of Lowell N. Carolina, and Christine Vacheresse of Savanna, Georgia, three brothers Robert (Dorothy) Blake of Beckley, WV, Charles (Phyllis) Blake of Tennessee, Daniel (Cathy) Blake. Visitation will be on Sunday October 15, 2023 at Schuetz Funeral Home 4719 Jacob Street Wheeling, WV from 2 -8 pm services will be conducted at 7 pm by the family.
