Hazel Smith Obituary
She is survived by her sons- Richard Smith and his wife Luann of Chesapeake, VA and Anthony Smith and his wife Monica of Crossville, TN, granddaughter- Heather Smith of Chesapeake, VA, great grandchildren- Tyler Arnold and Ethan Arnold, brother- James Vandever and his wife Connie of Crossville, TN, sisters- Ima Reed and Betty O'Dell and her husband Bill of Crossville, TN and many special nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Billy Fred Smith, sisters- Esther Rouse and Allene Simons and special brother-in-law- Dr. Larry Reed.
Funeral services will be held Thursday December 4, 2025 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11am-1pm two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Acres Memory Gardens.

Hazel was my dearest and closest friend growing up 2 houses from her family. We graduated together after spending so many fun teen years together along with her sweet mother and sisters. Sending my love and sincere sympathy to Betty and Ima.
