Heather Ann Beals, 36, of Monticello passed away at 12:10 p.m., October 23, 2023, at her residence.
Heather was born November 9, 1986, in
Champaign, IL. the daughter of Patrick A. and Catherine A. (Lilly) Beals.
She is survived by her parents, Patrick and Cathy Beals of Monticello; daughter, Zoie Galt; Fiancé, Matthew Vance of Monticello; stepsons, Curtis and Levi Vance; brothers, Timothy Beals, Matthew (Lindsay) Beals, and Daniel Beals all of Monticello; sister, Amanda (Josh) Gatewood of Beecher City; and grandparents, Dale and Fran Lehigh of Monticello. She was preceded in death by her grandparents William and Margaret Lilly and Russell and Dorothy Beals, and sister-in-law Tina Beals.
Heather was a stay-at-home mom who loved her daughter very much. She was a member of Crossroads Church of Monticello. Heather was very crafty and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. She also loved animals and people.
Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 28, 2023 at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello with funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held in Monticello Township Cemetery.
