Heather is survived by her daughter Jalysa Arrezola-Pedreguera, brother Jackie Barger, sister Pauline, uncles Ed and Clyde, two nephews Kaidon Montes-Franklin and Ladimer Morales as well as friend Elizabeth Choudhary.
A memorial visitation for Heather will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Rose City Funeral Home 2011 Broad Street New Castle, Indiana 47362.

I never met Heather, but i'm best friends with her daughter, Jalysa. Heather was always mentioned in a good way to me by Jalysa and I will miss her everyday. she was a wonderful woman, condolences to the family. RIP.
