Natonya Palmer Obituary
Natonya "Heather" Palmer, 52 was born on February 13, 1973, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Joe Douglas Palmer and Lynda Maxine Pierce and passed away December 21, 2025, in Carmel, Louisiana.
Heather was preceded in death by her parents, Lynda and Joe Palmer.
Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Hope Rascoe (Clint); special sister, Ruth Ann Cloud; brother Logan Matheny (Shauna) nieces, Lindsey Meshell (Logan), Bailey Rascoe, Torrey Matheny; nephew, Teddy Matheny; along with her beloved cousin, Donisa Tingle.
Honorary pallbearers will be Shane Tingle, Logan Meshell, Steven Hinson, and Dion Edwards.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Friday, December 26, 2025, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home 943 Polk St. Mansfield, Louisiana.
