Heather Theresa Rodrigue

Heather Theresa Rodrigue, 55, of St. Albans, passed away unexpectedly on September 2, 2025.
She was born in Lewiston, Maine on September 26, 1969 to Maurice and Monique (Raiche) Rodrigue.
Heather shared a deep and meaningful bond with her husband, Barry. Together, they embraced life's simple pleasures – live music, drinks with friends, and creating memories rooted in love and laughter. At the heart of their lives was Evie, their bonus granddaughter, whose bright spirit and boundless energy brought joy and light to their weekends. Their home, filled with plants and beloved pets, radiated the warmth and affection that so beautifully reflected Heather herself.
Artistic, expressive, and deeply compassionate, Heather had a unique ability to find beauty in the everyday – relaxing on the front porch, feeding the birds, soaking up the sun, and savoring the quiet moments. Heather lived life by her own rules, always questioning the why and how of the world. A dreamer at heart, she always sought beauty, meaning, and possibility in the world around her.
Heather uncovered joy in life's most simple moments and found meaning in sharing that joy with others. Her creativity and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on those around her. She brought a rare gentleness to the world that was felt deeply by those she met; a quiet presence that took root in the heart and remained long after parting.
Heather is survived by her husband Barry Bergeron Jr; son Nathaniel Rodrigue-Hotchkiss; stepchildren Krista Bergeron, Barry Bergeron (Kristen Veronneau), and Katie Bergeron (Lucas Royer); stepgrandchild Zuri Adan; mother Monique; brother Aaron (Kate) Rodrigue; nephews Ethan and Jack Rodrigue; and uncle Paul Rodrigue. Heather is also survived by her soul-dog, Loki, whose presence filled her days with loyalty and love beyond words. She was predeceased by her father Maurice.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
A memorial will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at 14th Star Brewing Co. in St. Albans.
