Con gran tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Hector Manuel “Teto” Flores Martinez, quien partio de esta vida el 30 de Julio del 2025, a la edad de 56 años.
Hector nacio el 15 de Septiembre de 1968, en San Luis Potosi, Mexico, hijo de Valentina Martinez Arizoca y Jose Refugio Flores Martinez. Teto se mudó a los Estados Unidos con la esperanza de crear su propia compañia de pintura, por lo cual lo pudo lograr exitosamente. Su compañia fue basada en San Antonio, TX, donde tuvo la oportunidad de trabajar con diferentes compañias y contratistas como, Discount Tire, Texas Thrift, Dairy Queen, Jova INC., y muchos mas por 25 años.
A Teto lo preceden su padre, Jose Refugio, y hermano, Jose Othon (“Porky”).
Le sobreviven su esposa de 28 años, Silvia; hijos, Hector, Zadya, Daniela, Luz, Silvia, Sofia; nieta, Analeia;
hermanos, Jaime, Jose Luis (“Ojino”), Jose Refugio (“Cuco”), Armando, Jorge (“Cheche”), Jesus Daniel (“Rules”);
hermanas, Elvira (“Nena”) y Monica (“Monis”) junto con una familia grande de, sobrinos, y primos.
Teto fue conocido por su amor a la musica, le encantaba bailar, bromear, y pasarsela bien con sus familiares y amigos. El fue alguien muy especial para muchas personas, y lo recordaremos como el hombre trabajador que siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar a los demás. Lo vamos a extrañar, y sabemos que el esta descansando sin dolor y nos cuidara a cada uno desde el cielo. Descansa en paz.

Hector Manuel “Teto” Flores Martinez passed away on July 30, 2025, after a courageous battle against cancer at the age of 56.
He was born to Valentina Martinez Arizoca and Jose Refugio Flores Martinez in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Teto moved to the United States for a chance to create and manage his own painting business. Based in San Antonio, he worked alongside different companies and contractors like Discount Tire, Texas Thrift, Dairy Queen, Jova INC., and many more for over 25 years.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Refugio, and brother, Jose Othon (“Porky”).
He is survived by wife of 28 years, Silvia; children, Hector, Zadya, Daniela, Luz, Silvia, Sofia; granddaughter, Analeia;
brothers, Jaime, Jose Luis (“Ojino”), Jose Refugio (“Cuco”), Armando, Jorge (“Cheche”), Jesus Daniel (“Rules”);
sisters, Elvira (“Nena”) and Monica (“Monis”) along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Teto was best known for his love of dancing to cumbias, making jokes, and having some cold ones with his friends and family. He has touched the lives of so many people, he will always be remembered for being a hard worker and lending a helping hand whenever he could. He will be greatly missed, but we know he is pain free and will be looking down on us from Heaven with a smile on his face.
