Hector was born in Gurabo, Puerto Rico to Rafael Garcia Caraballo & Santa Arroyo on 6/1/57.
Hector attended Matias School in Gurabo Puerto Rico. He was divorced and worked as a handyman/mechanic.
Hector is preceded in death by Santa Arroyo (Mother), Rafael Garcia Caraballo(Father), Rafael Garcia Arroyo Jr. (Brother), & Raymond Garcia (Nephew).
Hector is survived by his daughters Jascelyn Gonzalez & Nicole Lasso. His Grandkids Elias & Danelly Gonzalez, Neveah & Julissa Lasso
Brothers Benjamin & Donna Garcia, Tomas & Sonia Garcia, Edwin & Gez Garcia. His Sister Nancy & Emilio Alier Garcia.
5 Nieces, 10 Nephews, & 30 great nieces & nephews.
No Funeral Services will be held for Hector, but a Memorial will be held on June 7,2025 further details will follow.
