Hector R. Hernandez, 48, of Presidio, Texas, passed away on December 8, 2024 in Odessa, Texas.
Visitation will be held Tuesday December 10, 2024 from 1PM - 9PM with a Rosary at 7PM led by Pastor Roman Arreola at Martinez Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2PM Wednesday December 11, 2024 at Martinez Funeral Home with the Father Joe, officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery ~ Peaceful Garden Section. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.
Hector Hernandez was born Presidio, Texas to Alvaro Hernandez and Trinidad Ramirez on July 22, 1976. He went to school in Odessa, Texas . He married Lizbeth Anahi Soto Batista on September 4, 2020 in Odessa.
He was a very hardworking man who acted with a very tough exterior but cared for others. He was a stubborn man who kept his feelings close even though he had the biggest heart. He faced many hardships in life and always persisted the best he could. A cowboy, who enjoyed gun collecting, hunting, target practice, and horse racing.
Hector is preceded in death by Father: Alvaro Hernandez, Mother: Trinidad Rodriguez, Sister: Sorcorro Hernandez and María de Socorro Hernández González Brother: Eloy Hernandez
Hector is survived by Wife: Lizeth Anahi Soto Batista, Son: Héctor Hernández, Daughter: Michelle Hernández Son: Héctor Sebastián Hernández, Daughter: Yashmine Hernández, Daughter: Isabella Hernández Sister: Lolie López, Sister: Pamela Hernandez, Brother: Alvaro Hernandez Jr.
Pallbearers will be Jorge Ley, Hector Sebastian Hernandez, Yashmine Hernandez, Isabella Hernandez, Jesus Villanueva, and Beto Rodriguez
The family of Hernandez wishes to extend our sincere thanks to those who loved and cared for Hector. May he be at peace, resting with his brother he missed dearly.
