Yesterday
We went to NCK tonight and heard of Hector´s recent passing. We are so very sorry! He truly was a famous chef and a wonderful person. We have followed his work over the years at the various restaurants and called him our friend. Our deepest condolences to his family. His legend will forever live on through his family, friends and work associates.
