Helen Ann Chaffin

I had the pleasure of working with Helen at SSA. Helen was an excellent leader that cared deeply about public service and her employees. She was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Helen was always willing to quietly extend a hand to help others or offer encouraging words. I feel privileged to have counted Helen as not only a colleague, but more importantly, as a friend. Please know that your grief is shared by many.
