Helen Fowler Obituary
A Funeral service celebrating the life of Helen Janette Fowler, 85, will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Union Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Linnie Lindsay and Bro. Paul Warren officiating. Interment will follow at Union Springs Cemetery in Converse, Louisiana. A visitation will held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. service time Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Union Springs Baptist Church.
Helen was born on April 1, 1940, in Summerfield, Louisiana to Mable Hawkins Bailey and Foster Bailey and passed away September 24, 2025, in Converse, Louisiana.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Mable and Foster Bailey; husband, Marion Fowler; son, Dale Fowler; sister, Marjorie Ray; brothers, Pete Bailey, Jack Bailey, and Murphy Bailey.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Rodney Fowler, Sr. and wife Jeanette, sisters, Joyce Lawless, Maxine Beeson, Lillian Moss, and Gene Bailey; grandchildren, Rodney Fowler, Jr. and wife Stevie, Stacy Amelung and husband Aaron, and Melissa Andrew and husband Shayne; great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Ryleigh Fowler, Dylan and Devan Fowler and Paisley Amelung, Noah and Addisyn Andrew.
Honoring Helen as pallbearers will be Rodney Fowler, Jr., Devan Fowler, Dylan Fowler, Roger Sepulvado, Joshua Sepulvado, Keithen Sepulvado.
