Helen had worked at Walsworth Publishing Company and as a cook at Pioneer Skilled Nursing.
She is survived by her son Rick McGown and Cathy of Marceline, daughter Raylene Malloy and Merton of New Cambria, brothers Dwayne Browning and Mayetta of Mendon, Frank Browning of Lake Ozark, five grandchildren, Amanda, Jessica, Ashley, Merton, and Julie and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday, April 17, 2023 at Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline with visitation starting at 10 AM. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Marceline with immediate family only.
