Helen Marie (Klink) Seeburger, 83, of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2025. She was born in Syracuse, NY, on October 12, 1941, to the late Edwin and Helen (Schaknoske) Klink. Helen was employed by Wegmans for over 20 years, where she was known for her warm smile and kind heart. She had a gentle spirit that could brighten anyone’s day. Her family was her greatest joy she cherished visits from her grandchildren, and nothing made her happier than hugs and time spent with her great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Fredrick W. Seeburger; her daughter, Robin B. Gosch; her parents; her brothers Edwin Jr., Gerry, and Martin; her sisters Rita Cutri, Doris Prochna, Karlene Capone, Joan Osterhout, and Marilyn Cariseo; and her great-grandson, Sonny J. Agbossoumonde.
Helen is survived by her son, Fred (Julie) Seeburger; her son-in-law, Jim (Sandra) Gosch; her grandchildren, Melisa (Trevor Stedman) Betts, Kristina (Tim) Murinka, Madison (Trevin) Gates, Heather (Mike) Babbitt, Kelly Seeburger, and Samantha Seeburger; and her great-grandchildren, Trevin, Camden, Landon, Lyon, Nyle, Mylo, Lyla, and Austin. She is also survived by her brothers, Richard Klink, Jimmy (Roseanne) Klink, and Thomas (Mary) Klink; her sisters, Linda Digiorgio and Theresa (Frank) Formica; and many nieces and nephews who adored her.
Helen’s granddaughters would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to her niece Sheri Frost for all that she did and for all the times she visited with Helen. To Helen’s loving neighbors at Toll Road Senior Apartments, who treated her like family, and to the compassionate ICU doctors and nurses at Upstate Community Hospital for their care during her final days.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025 from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
