Aunt Dorothy was such a special person. She was always so sweet & had the best sense of humor. It was always so fun to see her with my mom & Aline laughing & having the best time. She was a great Aunt. Great memories.

Knott Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have been privilege to overhear Aline's phone calls with Dorothy. I have also witnessed their visits when Dorothy was recovering in Louisville. It made me smile to see the two sisters holding hands and enjoying each other's company. I will also always remember how your mother welcomed me as an 8 year old when Aline brought me to Owensboro by bus to visit Dorothy. She had her hands full but still made me feel special. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Your mom has left your physical presence but her love will stay with you forever.

Dorothy was a resident of mine who I loved dearly. She would always give me candy and offer me a water bottle. She also would ask me to water her flowers and make her coffee which I never minded to do. She will so missed by many. I love you Dorothy!
