Helen Rosalie Prall, 102, of Melbourne, Florida died on Friday, September 26, 2025.

She was born on December 25, 1922, in Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Rahocki) Jedrziewski and the fifth of ten siblings. She was a graduate of Osceola Mills High School. After graduation, she attended and graduated from York College of Business. She met John Stanley Prall in York, PA and worked for the government while he was in the U.S. Navy during World War II. She married John Stanley Prall on June 5, 1944, in Miami, Florida and they remained married for 78 years until his death in January 2022.

After the war, she lived in Red Lion, Pennsylvania where she worked as an executive secretary for T.E. Brooks & Company. Upon retirement, she moved to Satellite Beach, Florida in 1977. She had many wonderful friends and neighbors in Satellite Beach, including Paul and Katie Furfey and John and Debbie Pavlakos. She and John Stanley also had many friends at the VFW in Satellite Beach which they considered their second home. In May 2021, she moved to Discovery Village in Melbourne where she remained until her death.

Helen was an avid reader, enjoyed cruises, bingo, Penn State football, travel, and casinos. She was the glue that held the family together and was very devoted in caring for her elderly parents. Helen said her secret to a long life was never to grow up!

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lou MacLaury of Henderson, Nevada, her brother, Edward Jedrziewski and his wife Patricia of Mount Vernon, Virginia and sister, Genevieve Williams of Telford, PA. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Anthony, Chester, Charles and Stanley Jedrziewski; and sisters, Irene Sebring, Stella Wawrynovic, and Alfreda Murphy.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
