Helen Stage Obituary

Helen retired from the Addison Central School District with over 30 years of service. She was a well known face around town. She was a member of the Addison Fraternal Order of Eagles, a member of the Red Hats Society, and the Addison Senior Group. Helen loved spending time with her family, going for long scenic rides, going for breakfast and coffee, and overnight trips to the casino.
Helen is survived by her children: Donna (Greg Bovee) Stage of Addison, Peggy (Richard) Brouwere of Campbell, Tina (Gene "JR") Proulx of Addison; grandchildren: Jessica (Donovan Smith) Radka of Addison, Cassandra (Kyle) Myers of Addison, Trapper (Kameryn) Brouwere of Savona; great-grandchildren: Alex, Lilly, Hannah, Justin, Westin, Taylor; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and husband, Helen was predeceased by her siblings:, Arnold Gosper, Kenneth Gosper, Johnny Gosper, and Ruth Stage.
A private graveside service will be held in Addison Rural Cemetery where she will be laid to rest alongside her beloved Clifford. A Celebration of Life will be held at Frans Landing, 996 Addison Rd, Painted Post, NY on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 1:00pm. Flint Funeral Home in Addison has been entrusted with her final arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Helens name may be sent to the Addison Volunteer Fire Department,1 Tuscarora St, Addison, NY 14801 or Paradise Garden Animal Haven, 598 Kent Hill Rd, Woodhull, NY 14898
