Helen Trapasso

What can I say about a woman who shared her heart with all those who had the pleasure to know her. Elaine, Roe and all the Trapasso family know how special your mom was to me especially whenever I had the pleasure of seeing her when I was in New York putting together Adelphi Academy reunions. She loved spending time with former students and alumni and we felt the same about her. How rare is it to find a person who you feel that you can continue a conversation with even if was years since the last time you saw them. Helen was that special person who made everyone feel as if they were a part of her family. I will miss her terribly but the memories I have of her will be everlasting.

To Helen's family, we grieve your loss, but celebrate Helen's service to Friends. She was lovely and funny and brought a lot of joy to the school.
