May God keep you. We thank God for you and the many lives you touch during your time on this earth. You will be missed. Rest well my friend, your circle has been completed.

Victoria has been a wonderful colleague at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Over the years, we had worked on several projects. She was very helpful when I asked her for advice on how best to support Black students in my astronomy class. She enthusiastically embraced the idea that we should invite Dr. Mae Jemison, the first African American female in space, to speak at UWM. She organized with her team the Annual Summit for Black Male Youth, which I volunteered for. What a great experience for young men to be inspired by accomplished members of the community. Her work will have impact on many people for a long time. She will be missed.

I remember Henrietta when we were as young as Buds of Sunshine on TBC's Usher Board. A few years younger than she, I always admired her poise and grace, even as a teen. Fast forward 40 years, and we were serving at TBC's Ushers Annual Day before the pandemic. Henrietta, I will never forget your example of love and kindness to those around you. Rest in grace and love.

Victoria will be missed by her Rooted & Rising -Washington Park family. We thank her for her many years of dedicated board service to this community.
She was so great and was always willing to hop right in and help at community events. Service seemed close to her heart. We loved having you as an active and incredibly supportive member of our board, and I know we will be among those she will continue to watch over from her new heavenly perch.

It hurts just now to remember my longstanding friendship with Victoria. Her unexpected death mere days before retirement from the university she served so long and so well leaves me stunned and filled with a profound sense of grief.
I´ve never had a better, more loyal or loving friend, and my world will be a more colorless and lifeless place without her.
Vic and I were colleagues at UWM and our professional relationship quickly evolved into a friendship that endured some 32 years. I can only accept as the inerrant will of God that Victoria was taken so soon from the world she brightened for 61 years.
