Salley, South Carolina - Mrs. Henrietta Young Toole, 82, entered into rest Saturday September 18, 2021.
Mrs. Henrietta is the wife of Earl Elbert Toole. They have been married 64 years. She is the mother of Linda (Allan) Fogle, Shirley (Bob) Simpson, and Darlene (Terry) Colvin. Mrs. Henrietta is the grandmother of Robert (Kara) Fogle, Sydney Fogle, Sara Fogle, Travis (Caroline) Baccene, Andrew (Tiffany Daly) Colvin, and Cassidy (Waylon Presswood) Colvin. She is the great grandmother of Robert Fogle and Rylan Fogle. Mrs. Henrietta is the daughter of the late Henry Nathan and Ola Lee Tindal Young. She is the sister of Samuel Whetstone, Dell (L. A.) Crim, and Virginia (Donald) Berry.
Mrs. Henrietta was a member of Rocky Grove Baptist Church. She loved her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren immensely. Mrs. Henrietta loved to cook and was well known at church for her pound cakes. She was very creative when taking care of the grandchildren doing various crafts with them.
Memorials may be made to Rocky Grove Baptist Church at P. O. Box 508 Salley, S. C. 29137.
Visitation will be 1-2 pm on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Rocky Grove Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 2 pm also in church sanctuary. Mrs. Henrietta will be laid to rest at Salley Oakview Cemetery. Rev. John O'Cain will be ministering to the family.
The family prefers that everyone wear a face covering/mask during the service.
