Henry Donald Beck IV, age 29, of Huntsville, passed away on Wednesday October 02, 2024 in Huntsville. Hank was born April 14, 1995 and was the beloved son of Tina and Don Beck.
Hank attended Randolph Elementary, Middle, and High School then graduated from Huntsville High. He attended Jacksonville State before moving back home with the family. His charm and charisma helped him have a successful career in the food service industry. He was bright and had started a career at Toyota Mazda in 2023.
Hank was a talented artist and picked up hobbies and sports with ease. He especially loved tennis. He was an avid Alabama fan and could always be heard saying Roll Tide. He also could make friends with any stranger he met. He knew how to make people laugh and smile without even trying. He had a kind sweet soul with a mischievous, fun spirit. His larger than life personality drew people to him, everyone wanted to be friends with Hank.
Hank spent his last years traveling around the country, working and making friends along the way. Some of Hanks' travels he loved the most were the beach, the Smokies, Denver, Disney World, and sailing. He loved spending time at his grandmother's beach house as a child and hiking the rockies as an adult. Hank always enjoyed spending time in nature and taking care of his pets and plants.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dr. Henry Donald Beck Jr, Katherine Ann Beck Garnett, David Bruce Garnett, and Joel David Riggs Jr.
He is survived by his parents, Tina and Don Beck of Huntsville; his grandmother, Jewell Marie Gillette of Huntsville; his sisters, Katherine Marie Beck Hubbard (husband Denton) of Cartersville, Georgia, Sarah Elizabeth Beck and Emily Caroline Beck of Huntsville; his uncles, Joel David Riggs III (like a brother) and James Patrick Beck; his aunt, Katherine Ann Beck Mladenoff (husband Carlos); cousins, Sherwood Dickenson Dudley III, Michael Beck Dudley, Cooper Allen Dudley, Anna Carin Mladenoff, and Joel David Riggs IV; and many friends and loved ones.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m at First United Methodist Church. The funeral will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Bill Crosby officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
