Henry A. Hudnall, 75 of 6735 State Route 2830, Owensboro, died Wednesday, February 27, 2002 at Owensboro Mercy Health Systems. He was born in Butler County on September 15, 1926 the son of Fred and Oma Ewing Hundall.
Mr. Hundall was retired from Daviess County Board of Education. He was a member of Maceo United Methodist Church, and Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of Daviess County Game & Fish Club, Golden Partners of Owensboro Mercy Health System. He enjoyed metal detecting and taking annual trip to Florida in November with friends.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Elvie D. Hudnall; one daughter, Judy H. Turner of Owensboro; one grandson, Terry Dean Turner; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Lloyd Hudnall of Old Town, FL; one sister, Allie Mae Hunt of Lewisburg, KY; three nephews; three nieces; and three great-nieces.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2002 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend Michael Marx and Reverend Tom Gamlin. Entombment will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. His family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 28, 2002 and after 10:00 a.m. Friday.
