Henry Lizotte Obituary

September 9, 1943 - October 30, 2025. Son of Henry Lizotte and Ruth (Cockerline) Lizotte. Joe leaves behind his beloved wife of 63 years, Elaine (Grimard); his brother, Phillip; his sisters, Nancy Beauchesne and Jeanne Bogdzewic; and his three sons and their wives, Steven and Donna (Urbanek), Jeffrey and Lisa (Wagner), and Gregory and Christine (Strout). He was the proud grandfather of six-Courtney Dana, Brooke, Jack, Lindsey Yaylaian, and twins Tyler and Emily -and three great-grandchildren, Grayson, Chloe, and Cecelia.

Born September 9, 1943 in Lowell's Little Canada neighborhood, Joe grew up in West Tewksbury. He met his beloved Elaine at a house party hosted by one of her schoolmates, and they married shortly after Joe graduated from Lowell Trade School in 1962. Of all his achievements, Joe's greatest pride was in his three sons - their careers, their families, and the strong values they carry on. Joe's life was filled with love, laughter, loyalty, and adventure - a man who lived big and loved bigger.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe's memory to the American Heart Association.
