Henry Spencer Quarterman

My deepest sympathy goes out to Cindy and Doug, as well as all of the family members and friends. We feel your pain and send our love.

Mr Henry Quarterman, like my father, was a family man, who did not mix words. He was a quiet but strong man, who loved to joke once he got to know you. He stood for being a good husband and father and always on business and doing what was right.

I will always cherish my childhood friendship memories with Yvonne and will remember a lot of swimming in the backyard pool. We still joke about Mrs Quarterman making him exit the pool, as he stretched out his long legs on a raft and Yvonne would tattletale on him stopping us from doing tricks and jumps in the water. If only we could have gotten the Dads to stop the ice cream trucks to buy us some summer treats. I guess that what our Moms were for.

The Currys loved having the Quartermans as Enfield CT neighbors and friends.

Rest in peace Mr Quarterman and say Hi to my Pops for us. Mrs Quarterman and Yvonne and Doug's son, as well as all of the others who passed before you have out stretched opened arms for you.

God bless and I pray that WE will all see you again in our father's kingdom.
