Henry was born on April 18, 1918 and passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2017. Henry was a resident of Stratford, Connecticut at the time of passing. ? He was a graduate of Central High School, a United States Army Veteran of World War II and was a retired typesetter. He was predeceased by a son, Thomas M. Ryan; a daughter, Patricia M. Ryan and a brother, James Ryan.? ? Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Monsignor Martin P. Ryan on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 11:00 am by meeting directly at Our Lady of Grace Church, 497 Second Hill Lane, Stratford. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Saint Michael's Cemetery.?. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Kennedy Center, 2440 Reservoir Ave, Trumbull, CT 06611, http://www.thekennedycenterinc.org/ ? Sharon, I am so sorry to hear that your dad has passed. Certainly I remember him well from our youth. He was always a kind and gentle man, patient and tolerant. I don't know that I ever heard him raise his voice. You will miss him, I am sure.
