1931-2024
Henry Anthony Yeager, Jr. passed away peacefully on August 25, 2024 at the age of 93.
He leaves behind his sister Esther, his beloved cousin Dean, his three children: Henry III, Lisa, and Dennis, as well as his granddaughter Heather (Tony) and his great grandchildren Henry and Cecilia. Additionally he leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews, including Stephanie Yeager Lemoine, his Goddaughter.
He is preceded in death by his parents Henry Sr. and Mardrey, his sisters and brothers: Joann, Margie, Fred, and David. Also preceded by his beloved mother-in-law Josephine "Pheenie " Phillpott, ex wife Gloria P. Yeager, and his brother-in-law Wayne H. Phillpott Sr., who was more like a son.
He was an exceptional father and grandfather who loved his family deeply.
Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation and Funeral Mass at L.A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home, 2607 Williams Blvd., Kenner on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Metairie.
