Herbert Kirkpatrick Obituary

Herbert was born on June 7, 1954 and passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2015. Herbert was a resident of Saint Clairsville, Ohio at the time of his passing. He was a U. S. Army Veteran. Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Sunday from Noon until time of Service at 2 p.m. with Full Military Honors provided by the American Legion Post 159. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 159.
