Herbert Lightfoot Obituary Herbert Fredrick Lightfoot, 90, of Valparaiso, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024. He was born March 25, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Herbert Fletcher and Madeline (Farr) Lightfoot. Herbert was a US Army Veteran. He is survived by his children, Paul (Annamarie) Lightfoot of New Hampshire, Janice (Fred) Stock of Pittsburgh, PA and Lynne (James) Ryan of Chicago, grandchildren, Anne (Greg) Gorman, Collen (Zsolt Pajor-Gyulai) Stock, Benjamin (Mallory) Stock, Rose Stock, Paul Stock, Maura Ryan and Grace Ryan and great grandchildren Abigail and Emmett Gorman and Flora and Roland Pajor-Gyulai. He was preceded in death by his wife Dolores Ann Lightfoot and his parents. Herbert loved building model ships, wood working, bird watching and nature. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 20, 2024, 1 to 5 pm at Bartholomew Funeral Home, 102 Monroe St, Valparaiso, IN. 46383. A Graveside Service will be held Monday, October 21, 2024 at 10:00 am at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hwy 2, Valparaiso.
