I met Herb and Ardell when I moved into our Scottsdale Condo back in 2010 There were only a couple units separating us. We became friendly right away as we were both from the Burbs (them) Northbrook and ( me ) Wilmette. Honestly I enjoyed having them as neighbors and friends over the years. Seeing Herb smile and always offering his warm hand shake when he saw me after they arrived in Scottsdale every year is something I will never forget. Rest in peace Herb I will miss seeing your smile !! Stuart Cahn
