Born in Greeley, NE, Herb raised four boys in Wyoming and retired in Colorado.
Herb worked in the Oil Industry from Louisiana to Montana. Herb was a Veteran, Lay Eucharistic Minister, certified auctioneer and had a passion for landscaping.
Herb was one of 14 children born to Fred Friedlan and Elsie Elizabeth "Effinger" Friedlan.
Survived by Wife Lois "Conrad" Friedlan Thornton, CO, Sons Rick (Deb) Friedlan Gillette WY, Terry (Kay) Friedlan Gillette WY, Duane Friedlan Arvada CO, Doug (Heather) Friedlan Fort Lupton CO, Grandchildren Derek (Amber) Friedlan Gillette WY, Karlina (Jordan) Gast Grand Junction CO, Kaela Friedlan Thortnton CO, Cody Friedlan Pocatello ID, Taylor (Joey) Lawrence Fort Lupton CO, Stephanie Friedlan Gillette WY, and Great Grandchildren Jaxton and Jamison Lawrence, Sawyer and Charlee Gast, and Parker Friedlan.
