Mr. Herman Kosten will always play a major part in my life. Back in 1995, Mr. Kosten changed the history of Case Company by promoting the first African American to a Case Business Manager. This change made a diverse trend in the way Case looked at their way of hiring and promoting qualified African Americans. I will always remember him as a man who took a stand and took chances on doing the right thing. I will always remember Mr. Kosten as a friend and the best boss I have ever worked for.
