Mr. Herman Floyd Lindeen
Aiken, SC-- Mr. Herman Floyd Lindeen, age 80, entered into rest on March 27, 2026 at Pepper Hill Nursing Home. He was born in Galesburg, IL to the late Mr. Harvey Lindeen and the late Mrs. Gladys Johnson Lindeen. Mr. Lindeen made Aiken his home for the past 8 years and attended Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Aiken. He worked as a correctional counselor for the state of Illinois for 30+ years, until he retired in 2010. Some of his hobbies included fishing and watching NASCAR. Survivors include: son Jeff Beard, East Moline, IL; daughters Theresa (Pete) Hernandez, Oswego, IL, Angela (Philip) Rutka, Naperville, IL, and Amanda (Tom) Schelfaut; 8 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
