I was afforded the opportunity to know Mr. Smith when employed at the Yorktown Naval Weapons Station during 68-70. I knew him to be a well liked and respected individual. He was a pleasant and jovial man, full of kindness and full of laughter. Please accept my sincere sympathy during the loss of your love one. TO THE FAMILY,
While thinking about Herman, I can only remember the "GOOD TIMES, Herman shared with my parents, especially Buster (my father). I can recall one night, I was asleep; My daddy and Herman woke me up to play the song "FOR THE GOOD TIMES" BY AL GREENE.
Now they shall meet again in Heaven, where they will have a good time.
