In addition to her parents Mrs. Carithers is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Samuel Carithers and a daughter, Melody Ann Carithers.
Mrs. Carithers was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Survivors include daughers, Linda Carithers, Key Largo, Florida, Michelle Sue Caryl ( John Autry ), Jefferson, Georgia; 3 grandchildren, and 9 great great great grandchildren, Kelley, Kenneth, Josh Kelley and Melody Caryl.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
