Hilda Elsa “Francis” Jimenez de Encarnacion passed away on April 16, 2025, at age 58.
Francis was born to Juan Pablo and Francisca Jimenez on June 2, 1966, in Salcedo, Dominican Republic. She grew up in Brooklyn, NY and as a child she had an interest in gymnastics, traveling and reading.
For most of her life she worked in real estate development and started her own corporation assisting many people in the community with their tax and immigration filing needs. She will be remembered for her generosity, strong character, ambition and a laugh that filled the room.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her dear brother, Juan Pablo “Big John” Jimenez.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory: her husband, Dean Encarnacion; her children, Jessica Jimenez de Sosa, Michael Villa and Anais Villa Gray; the spouses of her children whom she thought of as her own, Domingo Alberto Sosa, Albalissa Villa and Ryan Gray; her grandchildren, Emily Lluberes, Matthew Domingo Sosa, Owen Odamis Villa and Adrian Ricardo Villa; as well as many loved ones including extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the doctors and surgical team at Moffitt Cancer Center, specifically Dr. Sean Dineen and the nurses and staff at Treasure Coast Hospice for their care and kindness throughout the last year of her life. A Memorial Gathering will be held on May 5th, 2025 from 3PM to 6PM with a Memorial Service at 430 PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL 34984.
